Welcome to week 64 of the Still Spinning Podcast. Dan starts this week's episode off with a bang, inserting some video from Nicole's show (that she does with her husband Paul) last week into the intro. Nicole was NOT expecting it and it is a pretty funny video and exchange. The Olympics just ended and Dan did not watch a single moment, something Nicole still finds shocking. But Nicole gives a recap, they discuss why Dan is not a fan and also what new sports we have to look forward to in LA for the next summer games. There is also quite a bit of talk about a certain pole valuter's.... pole. Another event that just ended was the Wisconsin State Fair, Nicole's favorite thing. She recaps the fair's highs and lows, talks about the new circus, and explains how she created a Fair Guide for some people visiting Milwaukee for the first time. In other news, Des Moines has a real backyard chicken problem on their hands. There is a law saying you can have backyard chickens in the city but apparently there are some issues and they want to change the law. Currently you can have THIRTY CHICKENS in your city backyard, can you even imagine?? All of this and so much more on this week's episode.
