He graduated from the University of La Verne with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management Studies and a Master of Science in Leadership and Management. Doctor J continued his education at Pepperdine University’s Graduate School of Education and Psychology, earning a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership; his dissertation topic was: "Overcoming the Threat of Racial Stereotyping in the Workplace."
