    During his seven years at the food bank, the missions based organization has grown from five locations to helping hungry people in 12 locations across the world.

    Eric's story of obedience, courage and discipline is seen as he listened to God's call for his life. Eric speaks to the heart of anyone nervous to step out in faith.


    In the episode, Eric, Hannah, and Haley dive into the many ways God has shown up in BIG during Eric's time as CEO, his family's experience showing livestock, and how he stays disciplined during harvest. This week's story is a message for everyone. Eric shares his perspective down to the last minute- diving into his identity in Christ despite changes in his career and health.
