Hey Gritty Friend, Welcome Back.
I was practicing giving myself grace that I could not record episodes over the last 3 weeks due to moving our family. I am thankful you are here and hope that you find this episode to help you in learning to give yourself grace.
Everything in life is a balance. We strive to be as close to balance as we can. There is also a balance between Grit and Grace. We need to be gritty. We need to have resilience to take on the challenges and keep going. However, there is a point at which you need to give yourself grace. These happen when you have been TOOOOO Gritty. Giving yourself grace can almost be as difficult as being gritty.
So how do you begin to give yourself grace? That is what we are talking about today: What does it look like when its time to give yourself grace and how to do it! Remember this requires practice. It requires you to admit that you have been too gritty. It's a gut check that you need to rebalance the scales cause one side has tipped too far.
