Heaven is a kingdom of it's own just as we have our own kingdom(s) here on earth as humans. Every kingdom or government has their own laws and constitution, so does heaven. But the earth, being God's property, can be influenced by the laws of Heaven, because the earth is the Lord's, it's fullness, the entire world and the people in it - PSALMS 24:1.
So, these laws are also applicable to the spirit world because all powers are subject to God's authority through Jesus Christ who is "the head of all principalities and powers".
Therefore, if God's principle, policy, law, and judgement says a thief must pay back with double and five fold interest, your Enemies have to pay you back with interest in double and five fold, for all they have stolen from you, killed or destroyed, and for the pains they have cost you; because every Enemy is a thief - according to JOHN 10:10.
