  • Whether you've got ADHD like me or not, T1D is often too much to keep track of while living your life...

    And when we overlook blood sugar variables, they tend to "remind" us that they are worth paying attention to.

    Case and point - insulin on board and running errands (or doing chores) can often lead to a big drop for me.

    In today's episode I breakdown my recent "ah-ha" moment with this while out on an 85 mile bike ride and 20 mile run (it was a LONG Ironman training day), with a lesson that you might find helps to simplify diabetes and demystify those frustrating "sneak attack" blood sugars.
