    Traveling all the way from Kilkenny, Ireland, Deirdre’s family feels the journey is worth every moment, as she describes the two fantastic ice rinks in one building at the St. Margaret’s Centre and the overwhelming sense of community and hospitality they encountered upon arrival. “The welcome has been unbelievable,” she said, reflecting on the kindness shown by the local families and the support they received.

    The tournament has been a whirlwind of emotions for Deirdre and the other parents, especially as their Irish Saints teams have experienced success on and off the ice.
