Today, I know that this moment of uncertainty was a pivotal point in my life. It marked the beginning of my journey to becoming an expert in everything that follows a takeover by an American company. With this knowledge, I can now help others who feel left out in the rain during this period of change in my function as interim manager. I build bridges between the two corporate cultures. This podcast is designed to pass on my best tips and tricks to help you navigate. I will explain what is important after a takeover, the typical pitfalls to avoid, and how to make the most of this opportunity for yourself.
