  • Racial discrepancies
    2023/07/26
Choose “other” or “two or more races” if you honestly don’t know your genetic makeup. People shouldn’t be asked for their race, medical condition, or gender on applications at all but since jobs/background/demographics ask for discriminatory information anyway, it’s up to you to choose your selections based upon what you know is factual. However, this episode is about a white male resenting his son and his wife because their child is not white enough to be his. • Women Opportunity to Lead
    2023/06/24
Women are and can be natural leaders in both the workplace and or in the general population of society. Not all women are in need of a relationship yet alone a relationship where there is a male leading it. If males are having such a hard time finding a woman to lead then maybe getting a leadership job in the corporate world will help them realize what the role and responsibilities of leadership consists of. Barking orders to feel superior is not leadership. Some women have great self dignity and self respect to be aggressively engaged and or mishandled for the sake of being just a woman. NO gender, race, or orientation is above another. No one can demand an individual to be their slave, trophy, mannequin doll, or toy. Until males who feel they are dominant, masculine, alphas, understand that concept and start respecting women as their equal, then we are going to be fighting this battle well after I’m dead and gone. Males and their posses may think they have all of the qualifying traits of being a leader; but throwing fits about not being able to control women, to assert superiority, authority, and dominance over, then maybe it’s because you and your mindset is outdated. Males tend to deflect their delusional, egotistical, narcissistic perspectives off on women to feel superior and meaningful. I feel that if mental health and healthy relationships are truly important, then males would see women for who they truly are. Women have the same capability of possessing great strength and value as leaders in both the corporate world and in their everyday life. Women continue to prove themselves and their resilience. However, society still have those same close minded males claiming to be alphas, choosing to live mentally inside their medieval fantasy world, trying to dictate what women roles should be without taking into account that there are alpha females, powerful queens on a chessboard, lioness, female wolves, and human women, with inherent power, to lead. Males and females should be equally yoked in having the opportunity and existence to lead. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/talkdat-ish/message

  • Dissecting Single Independent and Strong
    2023/06/24
It’s not becoming of American males to attack a status of women without attacking the status of their own selves. Why are you concerned about single women not wanting to be with you? Why are you afraid of our independence and strength? Individual women were not all created to be your mother, property, or rather door mat for experimentation. You mad because women are finally gaining their power and walking in their truth of independence and strength? It’s not masculine to be single and not need help living/surviving. It’s human. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/talkdat-ish/message
