    This episode is rather different and more genteel than usual, as it is talks of the experience of a doctor outside of work and is not technical.

    The article taken from the BMJ and explores the benefits of having an allotment, an area of land like a garden that allows you to grow fruit and vegetables. As you can see from the commentary, it is beneficial for people’s mental health, giving them an opportunity to connect with nature, finding something to do that is totally different from their work, and is a form of relaxation as well as providing food.
