Sonam Choeden, a refugee from Tibet, shared her journey from India to Canada, highlighting her parents' escape from Tibet and her upbringing in India. Sonam's involvement with Rotary began in Toronto, where she joined the Rotary Club of Toronto Forest Hill and later founded the Toronto Tibetan Rotary Club in 2023.
