    Concussions and brain injuries are a serious risk when playing high impact sports like hockey but are commonly not treated with the right amount of care required to fully heal. Players often return to sport before they are ready and injure themselves even worse than before. 

    Chris shares his journey through his professional career and his experiences with concussions and the effects it had on his mental health throughout his career. After ending his career, Chris went back to school and is now working as a mindset coach and a hockey coach here in Germany.
