In this episode, we explore the profound teachings of the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad on the subject of Allah, God, The Supreme Being—a topic that speaks directly to the core of who we are as a people and our divine potential. Drawing from scripture, including Isaiah 9:6 and Revelation 1:5, we reflect on the qualities of leadership, generosity, and unity exemplified by the Messenger. Before receiving the name Muhammad, he was named Kareim, meaning “generous,” a title that reflected his readiness to give more than expected, freely sharing divine knowledge with a people long deprived of their true identity.
We break down the understanding of Allah as the collective force of the Nation, God as the divine within each of us, and the Supreme Being as the one among us chosen to guide the way. The Messenger proved the power of unity by standing against the greatest enemies of our time and building a righteous Nation, showing us what it truly means to embody Allah as a united people.
But the work is far from over. Today, we are continuing to build on that foundation with initiatives like our upcoming Saturday School, dedicated to teaching our children the knowledge of self and preparing the next generation for leadership.
