In this installment of The Echo podcast, Theo and Richard discuss effective and ineffective study techniques, and whether we are using time effectively around exam season. We analyze an anonymous survey of 73 high school students to come to a conclusion on excessive social influence on how much time students spend on studying before tests, and provide evidence-based solutions moving forward.
