    Join me, Krista Kayser and my friend, entreprenuer, author and grief expert Cara Casey. Cara joins me in person in Calgary, Alberta for a chat about her transformative grief experience. I met Cara in 2007 during my time in Calgary. A former Riverdance performer and self-proclaimed perfectionist, Cara is as accomplished as she is knowledgable. After losing her brother, grandmother, mother-in-law and father in a short amount of time Cara found herself numb to the world and decided to confront her grief head on through a multitude of modalities and resources, finding her way to authentic healing and growth. From grief retreats to reading every grief book under the sun, Cara came up with The Tough B*tch's Guide to Grief & Workbook to Let That Sh*t Out.
