  • Quick Workouts, Supplements, and Best Halloween Candy [Q&A]

    Questions on the show:

    1. If I have only 30 minutes to train ( 3 or 4 days a week), how would you suggest I structure my workouts to get the best results?
    2. In regards to supplements for building muscle, what basics would you recommend? I already take a pre workout, protein powder, and creatine. Is there anything else I should look into?
    3. I have trouble feeling my lats in pull-ups. I know they are a great exercise so I want to do them. Do you have any tips to improve my mind-muscle connection?
    4. I just started training at home and I’m limited on equipment, with only a barbell and a few plates. How would you structure my workout to keep things challenging and progressive?
    5. I tend to overthink every little part of my workout and end up feeling overwhelmed. What advice would you give me to simplify my approach and stay focused?
