    For this episode, Alex is joined by another young and inspiring entrepreneur - Jack Smith who started investing in property about 5 years ago. Today, at the age of 27 he has flipped numerous houses and built up a large portfolio of properties. He also sources and sells deals to other developers and is in the process of creating a luxury HMO portfolio. All while sharing his knowledge via social media and other free to access materials.

    For this episode, Alex explains in-depth how to speak to landlords and persuade them to do deals with you. He shares where to find them, how to reach them and how to cut through the noise to get their attention. Alex provides you with a checklist of benefits you can use to seal the deal.
