2. The Gender Equality Dialogues (GED): The GED is a series of virtual meetings designed for the executive leadership of North American seafood companies. The Speakers’ Bureau for the Seafood Sector - this is a platform to connect seafood conference organizers with women and genderqueer people who are looking for speaking opportunities, thus eliminating the “manel,” or panels full of men.
