We chat with former England international and ex Durham, Yorkshire and Surreys Liam Plunkett!
Liam is a multi time county championship winner and of course, 2019 world cup winner! In the final he took 3-42 off 10 overs, and took 11 wickets at 24 with an economy at under 5s in the competition. His ability to bowl with pace and aggression while taking wickets in the middle overs set England apart over a period of years leading up-to the world cup win. He is undeniably an integral part of one of the best one day sides of all-time!
We discuss
- Quickfire questions
- His early career at Durham and the bowling attack in the North East
- Moving to Yorkshire and finding another level
- The England bowling attack that won the world cup
- Liam's thoughts on his strength and conditioning
- And lots more!
