Happy new year and were back! The holidays are always crazy but we would never leave you, we love you guys.

Did we set any goals this year? Well, we set goals all the time, and some of them carried over to this new year, because January will never be the only month we make decisions on who we want to be. With that being said, it is still a prominent time for us to sit down with our families, review and reflect, possibly create some new ones, and charge forward with the everlasting push to increase our health and wealth. Don't forget, dreams and goals can be very different things.

You've got to have people around you that help you get better. Look around at your life and make a list of when you've been successful and when you haven't been successful. Where are your thoughts going? Who are you talking to? What music are you listening to? What podcast are you listening to? Corey and I love training all the time, but that isn't everything and its taken a lifetime so far to get where we are. its unrealistic to always be going 110% but it is realistic to push yourself based on how you feel every single day.

Shout out Notre Dame Fighting Irish playing for the national championship OH YEAH!!!
