Debbie: Hello and welcome! It’s an outstanding time for another episode of The Business of Life. The podcast for people who thrive on opportunity, drive to get to results and seek ideas and input to quickly incorporate in life and in business. Debbie Lundberg here, author and founder & CEO of Presenting Powerfully. A Tampa Florida based firm providing individuals and organizations four things; Key Notes & Talks, Strategy & Facilitation, Teaming & Training and Executive Presence Coaching. All contributing to enhancement of communication, behaviors and relationships. So are you wondering who that inspiring individual and all around amazing person is? Who has chosen to make time for all of us today? Well, you might have noticed something or shall I say someone missing from the beginning of the show and there is a reason behind that. Our guest, my guest I can say is a friend, a colleague and a partner. She’s a leader in media and has worked in the industry for over 20 years, she is a lifetime learner who is willing to put in the time that most simply won’t to improve, evolve and stay in front of trends. She is a mentor and active participant in the community, as the founder of her lifestyle brand @thestayatworkmom and fashion stylist who’s on a guest to help others find joy in whatever they can and whatever they do. Please welcome my co-host, Barb Zant!
Barb: Thank you Debbie.
Debbie: You are welcome Barb. so glad to have you here, as I love have you each week and each podcast. So this is a special one, before we get started with the interview as you know as my co-host, we like for listeners to get to hear something special, unusual and defining about you that well if they didn’t hear it here then they might not know it about you. So Barb, let your secret out. What’s something that I don’t even know about you?
Barb: Well, I am a girlie girl and these days you need a village and I certainly have one. My first month back to work after having my baby, believe it or not, my husband took the wrong baby from daycare.

My network helped me find a full time nanny, that takes care of my little guy and basically helps run my life. Guys, build that network of friends, family and colleagues. It’s so much more fun doing life with the people you love, especially if something happens.
Debbie: Wow! I definitely did not know that that Chris took the wrong baby home. Fortunately you got christopher back.
Barb: I did, I did!
Debbie: And no one is the worse to wear. Okay, Barb we’re moving on to The Business of Life Podcast Four. those four questions we ask guests to please answer for insight and inspiration, are you ready?
Barb: I am!
Debbie: Okay number 1, what time do you get up in the morning and what’s your daily routine to get your day started right?
Barb: I get up around 5 or 6 am most days, it does depend how late I am up the night before. I’m at my best when I get about 7 hours of sleep, so I try to count back to try and get as close to 7 hours as possible. During the week, this sometimes will fall short because of my fully committed schedule, but I do work towards getting better at this every single day. I start most days with
