  • Fabulosity and Technicolor Authenticity - A Transgender Awareness Week Episode - with Jessica and Ross
    2024/11/20

For Transgender awareness week, Minister La La sits down and has a very insightful, fun, and fabulous conversation with a transgender woman named Jessica and her fiance, Ross.
As Minister La La states during the introduction, due to the current climate of anti-transgender rhetoric, violence and politics we have decided to keep Jessica and Ross anonymous for this podcast. But as you listen you will hear two very real human beings navigating life, love, and family as fabulous as they can. From karaoke nights of love songs, dancing in the grocery stores, and celebrating Jessica day you will see the humanity as they break down the walls of fear and unknown surrounding the transgender experience.
We don't want to give it all away. But grab a drink, cozy up in a blanket, and listen as these two take you on a vulnerable, authentic, and fabulous journey!

  • Fabulosity Through Tumultuous Times with Gino Ramos
    2024/10/23

Minister La La is feeling the fabulosity as he introduces his guest for this episode! Gino Ramos! Minister La La kikis with his good friend during this episode. They discuss how to maintain your fabulosity through tumultuous times. They talk about the "Let them" theory. They touch on subjects from personal identity, intersectionality, allyship, finding your tribe and grace!

Even though we have listeners from across the globe you are most likely aware it is election season here in the USA. And it’s a Presidential election year. So, there is a lot of rhetoric out there and it can make it tough to stay positive, celebrate your fabulosity and maintain your mental health. This is especially true if you belong to an underrepresented minority or group.

NOTE: Neither Gino nor Minister La La are mental health professionals or professionals in the social or medical fields. They are sharing their experiences from their personal lives, volunteering, and professional experiences, their thoughts, and have a kiki for you to listen to. If you are struggling right now, please reach out to a professional. If you are struggling with self-harm please call 988 from any phone. If you are an LGBTQ+ youth The Trevor Project is there for you.
