    We all look for the daily or frequent actions we can take to improve our lives. 

    Considering this, most of us acknowledge the positive impact of healthy goal setting, food choices, exercise, looking to grow our knowledge and being around positive people to develop a positive and growth mindset etc. 

    But here are three important questions:

    1. How do we monitor and bring our plans and intentions together so we never lost site and progress? 
    2. What are we doing each day to make the plan happen? 
    3. What specific methods do we use to progress towards the life of our desire? 

    As we consider these 3 questions, there is a lot written about the power of journalling - but perhaps not enough about the science behind why and how to do it. 

    This Podcast seeks to offer clarity around the power of journalling and how you might set about doing it.
