    After eight years of infertility, IVF, and loss, I’m now 17 weeks pregnant with a little girl.

    But if I’m being honest, pregnancy after miscarriage hasn’t looked the way I imagined it would. It’s been filled with gratitude and joy, but also fear, anxiety, and learning how to trust my body again after years of disappointment.

I'm sharing how I’ve been navigating pregnancy after loss, the emotional tools that have supported me along the way, and the powerful mindset shifts that have helped me release fear and fully receive the joy of this miracle.
