  • 044: Are You Being Hacked?

    Maybe you’ve had the displeasure of being hacked, or maybe you’ve accidentally downloaded some malware or virus onto your computer.

    And usually, some symptoms occur. 

    And as a result, your computer system begins to act up. It may begin to run much slower than it used to. It may no longer be able to do the same things as it used to. Maybe it freezes up altogether and you need to take it into a specialist.

    Well, what I’m going to be sharing with you today is that the very same thing can happen to our own bodies.

    Yes, this wonderful hardware that we’ve been given may be getting hacked on a daily basis, and you may be surprised at who the hackers actually are.

    But, no need to worry, because I’m also going to share with you the 2 types of hackers, and more importantly how you can develop the best anti-virus in order to get your operating system functioning to its full potential.

    (and yes, this is an intentionally weird episode!)

  • 043: The 4 Common Roadblocks (that are holding you back!)

    Today, I was thinking back about when I finally decided to sit down and begin writing my book 

    I had already created and had been living by my 9 simple directives. 

    I was figuring out what order I would lay them out in, how I’d best ensure success for the reader, and I wanted to be 100% sure that I also addressed what I call “The four common roadblocks”

    You see, as you train people there is a trust that is developed and people often feel compelled to share their various reasons and excuses for why they can’t seem to get their fitness on track.

    Eventually, I was then able to start putting together a list of the various excuses and self-defeating roadblocks that were constantly being shared with me.

    In the end I managed to filter them all down to what I call “The four common roadblocks” 

    I was thinking about what I should call the book, and for some reason I couldn’t come up with a suitable title.

    Then, one night I was literally woken out of my sleep. “Fit Anyway” had popped into my head. The idea was that even though people were battling with these four (4) common roadblocks, that I would show them how they could be Fit Anyway.

    So this week I'm taking you through the four (4) common roadblocks, so you can have a better understanding, and so that ultimately you can break through any of these roadblocks that you may be dealing with in order to begin losing weight and taking back your health and fitness.

  • 042: BEFORE You Give Up!! (watch this!)

    Today’s message is for those of you out there who may be sick & tired of the whole process of trying to stay healthy. 

    You may feel like no matter what you try, you just can’t seem to keep the weight off, and therefore what is the point of trying.

    I’m particularly talking to those of you out there who have made that conscious decision to give up on anything related to health & fitness altogether.

    You feel that you’ve spent the majority of your life trying to be on some sort of diet, or jumping into some exercise approach only to be let down in the process.

    You are fed up and you have made the decision to give up entirely.

    You will no longer watch what you eat, you will no longer perform any exercise and in fact, from here on out, you are going to do only what you want to do.

    You feel that you’ve lived enough years, have had enough experiences, and have made enough sacrifices for the sake of vanity and no longer see the point.

    Well, if you will provide me with the benefit, I want to share with you some thoughts before you make that ultimate decision to give up on your health & fitness altogether.

  • 041: DON'T WAIT for Perfection
    2022/02/15

    Many people get caught up and stuck waiting for perfection to occur.

    They tell themselves they’ll get started when they find the perfect diet, when they determine the perfect workout, or when their schedule is cleared and perfectly setup to allow them time to take care of their fitness.

    They find themselves waiting sometimes endlessly for when all the planets align and everything is perfect. And then and only then will they allow themselves to take some action. 

    Well, if that is you, I’m sorry to tell you that if perfection is what you are looking for, it simple does not exist, at least that is the conclusion that I have come to based on my 39 yrs of experience with health & fitness. 

    However, you don’t need to worry because I have you covered. 

    In fact, I will be getting personal with you today and will be sharing with you the importance of taking IMPERFECT ACTION TODAY in order to get the results in life that you want.

    You can do whatever you want in life, but it takes ACTION! (not perfection)
