Christin Everson comes on the Far Side of Fitness to discuss this alternative view on conducting physiological assessments for personal training clients.

    Christin owns a fitness consulting and education business serving fitness businesses, recreation organizations, and their fitness professionals. Her work helps to redefine the fitness experience for new and returning exercisers by helping fitness professionals provide exercise experiences that facilitate belonging. Christin has an MS in Kinesiology and a BA in Psychology and is an ACE certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Medical Exercise Specialist, and Behavior Change Specialist.

It got me thinking about something we don't talk about enough as fitness professionals, which is the entertainment value of our work with people.
