    • The difference between marketing and acquisitions is that,  one is getting the seller on the phone, and the other is selling the seller.
    • A motivated seller is someone that has already expressed they want to sell a property.
    • How to identify a seller by asking questions using MCTP
      (Motivation - Condition - Time Frame - Price)
    • It's very important to have confidence
    • Lastly, connect with the seller and avoid "bad words"
