Emily discusses the similarities between B2B lead generation and recruiting professionals to graduate level programs and certifications. She explains that many colleges and universities focus on inbound lead generation through traditional marketing and that if they shift their approach, moving more to an human to human direct outbound marketing can radically change the game in program recruitment.

With all the hybrid approaches in their "niche" programs, getting the word out to the right candidates can be difficult. Having a more strategic, refined, human to human approach, enrollment can increase and program can find more success, earn more funding and no longer be "hidden gems" hoping to be discovered.
