    With nearly a thousand members of their online Facebook community alone, Let's Talk Men's Mental Health is a phenomenal peer-to-peer support group that has gone from strength to strength over the past few years and has been a crucial lifeline for men in South Wales and beyond at the time they’ve needed it most.


    The lads are joined by Shaun Parfitt and Paul Carpenter to talk the growth of the LTMMH brand, what mental health means to them and the importance of the face-to-face drop-in sessions they hold.

    4Tom is a voluntary charity based in Merthyr Tydfil aiming to prevent suicide and support those bereaved by suicide.


    They provide free counselling to anyone struggling with suicidal thoughts or who has lost a loved one to suicide and run support groups for anyone who has been bereaved by suicide . The charity covers Merthyr, RCT and Bridgend, County Borough Councils.


    4Tom are also founding members of the co-alc alliance. The Co-Alc Alliance raise awareness about the risks of mixing cocaine and alcohol.
