In this episode, Uli Iserloh and Mike Kim dive deep into the crucial topic of creating irresistible offers for health and wellness businesses. They explore why focusing on the offer is essential before tackling marketing campaigns and share valuable insights on what makes an offer truly compelling.

    Listen in to learn:

    • The five key things people are looking for when they hire someone
    • How to shift your perspective from what you want to sell to what clients want to buy
    • The difference between a convincing argument and a killer offer
    • The four factors that influence value perception in healthcare offers
    • How to construct an offer that makes marketing easier and more effective

    Quotes:

    • "We have to talk about irresistible offers. What makes them irresistible?" (0:14 | Uli)
    • "You got to really think about your offer, not in terms of what do I want to sell, but more of what does my client want to buy?" (6:10 | Uli)
    • "Without consistent marketing, you can't expect consistent sales." (9:20 | Mike)
    • "The buyer... makes a decision whether the money in his or her wallet is better kept in the wallet or better spent with you in exchange for value." (11:40 | Uli, referencing Alex Hormozi)

Uli and Mike break down the key components of an irresistible offer, drawing from their extensive experience working with health and wellness businesses. They emphasize the importance of understanding what clients truly want to invest in, rather than focusing solely on what you can deliver based on your qualifications.

The hosts discuss the five things people look for when hiring someone: results, deliverables, access, community/network, and publicity. They also delve into Alex Hormozi's four factors that influence value perception: speed to results, effort required, likelihood of achieving the result, and the dream outcome.

By shifting focus from making a convincing argument to creating a killer offer, health and wellness practitioners can make their marketing efforts more effective and attract ideal clients more easily.

  • 001: 3 Reasons Most Practices Remain Stuck In First Gear

In this episode, Uli Iserloh and Mike Kim unpack the 3 main reasons why most practices remain stuck in first gear and offer practical solutions to overcome these common obstacles. Drawing from their extensive experience working with hundreds of integrative, functional, and cash-based practices over the last 10 years, Uli and Mike share invaluable insights to help you elevate your practice and increase your impact. Listen in to learn: The importance of shifting from being a technician to becoming a manager and entrepreneur in your practiceWhy lack of exposure is the primary reason practices struggle to growHow to overcome the mindset barriers that prevent health professionals from effectively marketing themselvesThe crucial role of pre-education in guiding prospects through their decision-making journeyWhy the "healing starts on social media" and how to leverage this insightThe importance of implementing systems to streamline your practice and scale your business Quotes: "Unless people know that you exist, nothing is going to happen. You could have the prettiest website. You could have the most amazing lead magnets. You could have the most amazing content. If people don't know that you exist, nothing is going to happen." (4:20 | Uli)"Prospects want to get to know you at their own pace and in their own space." (16:38 | Mike)"The healing starts on social media, and here's why: unless people decide on social media where they hang out in their own time, in their own space, that they have a problem and they want to hire somebody to fix it, there's no way in the world that this person will ever sign up for discovery calls." (19:18 | Uli)"Systems guarantee results. Why? Because you have a path to follow, and there's some decisions here and there. You know, if this happens, then do that. But everyone flows through the same systems, and you can optimize systems." (23:47 | Uli) Ready to shift your practice into high gear? 2023/06/21
How do you build your dream practice? That's the question we're exploring in the latest episode of Getting To YES – examining the key ingredients needed to create a practice that you feel passionate about, that lights you up, and that supports how you want to live your life. As you will discover in my conversation with Jennifer Wheeler, there's a smarter approach to either launch your first practice or reinvent your existing practice... without years of trial-and-error. For those that don’t know Jennifer Wheeler, she’s the founder and CEO of MNDSHFT Health - a practice aligned around high-level functional medicine programs. A family nurse practitioner and clinical physiologist by training, Jennifer completed advanced studies with the Institute for Functional Medicine and the School of Applied Functional Medicine – and she’s also mentoring countless practitioners on how to create a dream practice that’s aligned with the practitioner's values. Listen in to learn: Her advice to her younger self... on how to build with intention, creating a practice that integrates & supports how you want to liveHow to decide between a lower-volume boutique-style practice vs. a higher-volume conventional practiceThe importance of setting up the practice for "flow"... with streamlined systems, processes and programsHow to pick your strategy to attract your ideal dream clientsThe mindset shift needed to evolve from "selling" to "serving" – and the critical importance to define your vision, values and beliefs. The importance of mentorship – and how to decide whether a more intimate 1:1 mentorship or group coaching is what you need Quotes We have to create a practice that's built upon what we value, what we're good at, what we're passionate about teaching. (09:17 | 09:27 Jennifer)As a practitioner, you can start a practice that's higher, or somewhere in the middle, or that's smaller volume. And whether which road you choose to go down is going to be based upon what your vision is, what you wanna bring to life. (10:54 | 11:08 Jennifer)The important thing to the success of creating the practice is honing in on the vision. And the vision is always gonna be grounded in who you are, what you value, & what you're good at. • 037: Growing Your Business With One-Day Summits With Dr. Mark Wade
    2023/06/07
Online summits have been a proven vehicle to grow your email list, connect with influencers, build your authority, and generate revenue! Personally, I’ve been involved in a number of summits, including the first ever summit on Cannabis back in 2017 - where we enrolled more than 250,000 registrations and generated over 3 million dollars in about a month. Yet virtual summits can work just as well on a much smaller scale, and that’s what I invited Dr. Mark T Wade on the podcast – to share what health practitioners need to consider when it comes to one-day summits. For those that don’t know Dr. Mark, he’s the founder of Virtual Summits Software and the visionary behind the evolution of summits over the last decade - having created six, seven and multi-seven figure companies using virtual summits. Listen in to learn: The basic structure of online summits, and some of the success stories from health practitioners Why a smaller, more engaged list can be more profitable than a larger, less engaged one – and how this principle applies to virtual summits How the One-Day Summit Formula helps health practitioners attract engaged and quality leads into their community The importance of alignment in solving a singular problem throughout the customer journey, with specific examples of one-day summits How the role of virtual summits is likely evolving in the future, especially considering the rapid changes in the digital landscape Quotes “You don't need tens of thousands of people to be successful- whether it's financially or with impact and service. You need qualified and engaged people.” (09:05 | 09:15 Mark)“As healthcare professionals, referrals are very important. Why not reach out to the person who's best suited to send you referrals ongoing because you are giving them an opportunity to be on your summit as well as an opportunity to get to know you.” (15:46 | 16:10 Mark)“There are really no bad topics. The only mistake you can make is doing a topic that doesn't align with your product, program, or services.” (21:26 | 21:33 Mark)“When you get specific on your problem, you can get specific on the topic, which is gonna be specific with the information, which is gonna show the people who are listening that you're the expert and you know what you're talking about.” (24:07 | 24:18 Mark)“The goal is relationship-building because now that we have the relationship, we can move to the next step, which is monetization.” (27:38 | 27:45 Mark) Connect with Dr. Mark Wade: WebsitePodcastFacebookFacebookInstagramTwitterYouTube ==== Thank You For Listening!
