Mental health is a tricky thing. The war that wages inside each of us daily is no joke. From emotions, to feelings, to trying to make sense of it all. In the everchanging world around us, men are coming face to face with the old ways of being. Asking new questions and challenging the "norm". They're searching for something more. Both within themselves and the world around them. They want to heal, They want to learn, They want to grow.
That's why we're here.
In this episode, I breakdown why I started this podcast and share some of my own hero's journey that led me here. I've gotta level with you.. I only know how to be one way.. and that's me. So expect nothing but real shit ahead. It'll get crunchy at times and funny in others, but it will always be authentic. You have my word on that.
