If you are fortunate enough to live where there are four seasons in the year, you have the luxury of changing weather in spring, summer, winter and fall. And like the seasons change, the circumstances of our lives can also change.

And did you know that God speaks to you through each of those seasons of your life? It is important to be sensitive to the voice of God and available to the wisdom of God because He speaks to us in many ways, including the seasons of our life.

God gave Ten Commandments for people to live in a peaceful and prosperous society. The religious leaders later multiplied those ten into a few hundred. When Jesus came on the scene, He narrowed it down to two. That's because in fulfilling these two, all the others will be fulfilled.

When buildings were build back in the ancient days, the builder used large rocks that were carved into squares. Where the corners of the walls met, those stones overlapped, holding the building together. They were called the "cornerstones." To leave out the cornerstone, was to allow the building to collapse.

Jesus is the Chief Cornerstone when it comes to our faith. It is He who holds us together and yet, many people rejected Him. Just like the building needs the cornerstones to stand so we need Christ.

What do you think the two most important things were in the life of Jesus? You may say His relationship with His Father, The Father's will for Him and His obedience. but what do you think about Jesus representing Himself as One who prayed often and forgave always.

The sacrifice of Christ is a world changer. It will change anybody's world! Jesus demonstrated what true love is when He gave Himself for us and He teaches us what true greatness really is.

You may be surprised that the world you live in and what it calls greatness is far from what God considers to be great. And yet, you have the ability to achieve this gretness, should you so desire.
