Who would ever think the Kingdom of Heaven would have good and bad people? Well, as we look around today, there are many who profess to be in that kingdom. They talk the talks and it looks like they walk the walk. But, at the end of time, Jesus is going to separate the real from the counterfeit believers.

Think of a huge net with good and bad fish in it. When it is brought to shore the fish are separated. The good fish are brought to market ands the bad fish are tossed away. And so will it be with man at the end of time.

Never despise the day of small beginnings. Everything large began small. The mighty oak began as a seed in the ground. The mustard seed, the smallest of seeds in those days, grew into a large bush. And God's Kingdom is growing day by day.

And that's not to mention your faith. Your faith may have started off like a little seed, but over time with proper cultivation, turns into a mighty fortress.

Did you ever wonder why your faith is put to the test? Think of anything of value. A diamond is tested for its authenticity. Is it real? Steel is tested before it goes into a bridge or building. an it withstand the pressure.

Our faith is of the utmost value so it must be tested as well. Perhaps so we fsna see the reality or strength of our faith so we are not deceived.

The potter has shaped the clay according to his intention. He then decorated it to make it beautiful. But the vessel must be strong so as not to break when in use. This is where the firing comes in. He heats the oven to just the right temperature and in it goes. he knows just how long to keep it in and he watches it intently.

And so it is when God wants to strengthen us. He turns up the heat but he also knows just how long to keep it on and He also watches intently.
