    2024/10/03

Today we wrap up our study of Acts 25 on how to cultivate an indestructible spirit like Paul’s.

Here are a few key takeaways from the teaching:

    1. You develop an indestructible spirit when you believe God no matter what.
    2. You develop an indestructible spirit when your talk and your walk are consistent.
    3. You develop an indestructible spirit when you rest your hope in the truth (of God’s word).
    4. You develop an indestructible spirit when you understand the true nature of the battle.
    5. You develop an indestructible spirit when you set your eyes on a higher prize.
    6. You develop an indestructible spirit when others are depending on how you live.

  • Acts 20-21 – Upside down perspective – Part 2 [UPSIDE DOWN SERIES]
    2024/08/22

Last week, we began exploring ten principles for living based on Paul’s missionary journeys and messages. Today, we’ll wrap up our discussion on his life manifesto. Here’s what Paul’s life was all about:

    1. Serve with humility despite what you think you deserve.
    2. Be bold in preaching the gospel despite the persecution.
    3. Focus on the message despite the improbability of the hearers.
    4. Be compelled by the Spirit despite not knowing what lies ahead.
    5. Be abandoned to the faith despite a wretched past.
    6. Be attentive to the flock despite the attack.
    7. Be attached to the Word despite the distractions.
    8. Be dependent on the Lord despite your desperate need.
    9. Fix your eyes on the Lord despite the threat of the future.
    10. Be thankful for the prison because of the opportunity (to testify to others).
