Dawn Thompson with Operation Spa Kids joins to discuss how she built a nonprofit that perfectly complimented her existing business.  We are going to talk about how that mission began and the many ways it has changed and grown.  Dawn brings so much passion and experience in her efforts to change her corner of the World for the better that we just can’t help but be inspired.

Rather than donate to a large nonprofit charity where there isn’t transparency in how much reaches its intended purpose, what if we, as business owners, begin our own?  What if we use some of our business profits to fund these initiates?
