    Chad's story begins in Booneville, where he graduated high school, but it was in this tight-knit community that he would come to understand the true meaning of teamwork, dedication, and leadership. Initially drawn to the idea of a career in nursing, Chad soon discovered a new passion - shaping young minds as an educator and coach.

    One of Chad's proudest moments was leading the Booneville Lady Bearcats to an inspiring victory in the Arkansas State Championship for high school girls softball. This accomplishment not only spoke to his coaching skills but also underscored his ability to inspire young athletes to reach their full potential.

    However, Chad Simpson's journey was not without its share of challenges and setbacks. He has faced adversity head-on and emerged stronger, a testament to his resilience. His approach to overcoming obstacles is as inspiring as his success.

    In addition to his role as the Senior High Girls Softball Head Coach, Chad has recently taken on the role of Junior Boys Football Head Coach, exemplifying his dedication to shaping the next generation, both on the field and in the classroom.
