We have an intimate discussion regarding our own experiences of being involved in narcissistic relationships and what we have learned as we have gone on our journey of healing from these traumas. 

It’s important for us to help others understand the dynamics of these types of relationships and to be able to help others find the courage to leave and for those who already have, to heal and use that pain and turn it into purpose. 

This is a highly personal episode where we don’t hold back. The inspiration for this entire podcast came from our connection over our past relationships. By getting vulnerable and sharing our stories, it not only allowed us to connect on a deeper level but empowered us to share more widely to help empower others.
