With a concentration in healthcare management, she strives to improve the science, payor perspective, and strategic frameworks within healthcare. She will be taking an internship with Johnson & Johnson in their leadership program.

    Kasha Scott, MBA '21 Kasha’s ambition is to improve the patient experience through the use of human-centered design and analytical insights. She is a Pinkert Scholar, a Venture Fellow for the Founders Fund, and a Venture Fellow for the Zell Lurie Commercialization Fund. She will be working with DaVita, a healthcare company specializing in kidney health.

    Jeff LeBrun, MBA/MS '09 An alum of both the Michigan Ross School of Business and the Erb Institute, Jeff is passionate about improving healthcare through entrepreneurship. He is the founder and CEO of optimize.health, an organization focused on remote patient care monitoring. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Jeff sponsored several MAP projects for which MBA students worked to help meet the growing demand in remote patient care.

    Dushyanth Nutulapati, MBA '21 Dushyanth served as Manager of Analytics at Dun & Bradstreet in Mumbai, India. During his time at Michigan Ross, he was elected president of the Indian Subcontinent Council and was a winner of the Sanger Leadership Center's Business + Impact Challenge sponsored by Amazon. He will be headed to McKinsey & Co. after graduation.

    Ebrar Erdem, MBA '21 Originally from Turkey, Ebrar worked in emerging markets at GSK prior to Michigan Ross. She is the vice president of marketing for Michigan Code Academy and a member of Michigan Business Women and is interested in technology and digital practices to improve individuals’ lives. After graduation, Ebrar will join Amazon as a senior program manager in their web services department.

    Deb Xavier, MBA '21 Before coming to Michigan Ross, Deb worked for one of the largest banks in Latin America. Deb is the co-founder of Audentia, a nonprofit organization that promotes professional development and female leadership to women in her home country of Brazil. As a fellow of the Tauber Global Institute of Operations, her academic focus lies in strategy, technology, and operations. She will be headed to McKinsey & Co. after her time at Michigan Ross.

    J’Taime Lyons, MBA '22 J’Taime’s focus lies in the nonprofit sector, working in the areas of development and programming. She's earning both an MBA and an MPP from the University of Michigan School of Public Policy. With the goal to reform public education policy, J’Taime hopes to ensure every child in the United States public education system has equal opportunities to pursue their dreams. Over the summer, she’ll be interning with Bridgespan Group.

    Jane Xie, MBA '21 Jane is passionate about food equity and sustainable agriculture. As a research assistant for the University of Michigan, she recently authored a whitepaper about food assistance innovation the COVID-19 pandemic. She interned with General Mills in their natural and organic foods business unit and will be returning full-time as an associate brand manager.

    Eva Zenilman, MBA '22 Before Michigan Ross, Eva took on data, program management, and marketing roles within the financial services sector. She worked for a women-focused nonprofit in Kenya that operated in communities affected by climate change. At Michigan Ross, Eva is the co-lead of the Gender Lens Investment Focus, a research program dedicated to fostering a more equitable entrepreneurial ecosystem. This summer, Eva will be interning at Barclays.

Heather has made it a priority to help students prepare for their career search even before they step foot on the Michigan Ross campus.

    Elise Goodhue, MBA '21 While at Michigan Ross, Elise spent her time as co-president of the consulting club, the largest professional club on campus. Elise previously worked in Boston at Northwestern Mutual as director of investment research. She will be heading to BCG to consult.

    Gui Ruggiero, MBA '20 Gui earned both an MBA and a Master of Science in Information through a dual degree with the U-M School of Information. An international student from Brazil, Gui’s MBA journey led him to work for one of the top tech companies in the world: Amazon.

    Shane Kelly, MBA '13 is the Founder of Wolverine Angels, which leverages the U-M alumni community to support early stage investors and startups. He also founded Cinematica Labs, a venture studio supporting mission-driven media technology ventures. He was previously Head of Investments at CrowdSmart, an AI-powered investment platform.

    Barbara Calixto, MBA '11 Barbara serves as chief marketing officer at Wallbox Chargers, a developer of smart electric vehicle chargers in Barcelona. Previously, she was director of product marketing at Microsoft Corporation and vice president of marketing at Cabify, a Spanish ridesharing company.

    Rachel Becker, MBA '20 Rachel is a co-founder of The Comfort Zone, a well-being initiative at Ross focused on helping students build healthy and balanced lives. She is also a founding team member of the Ross health and fitness industry club, FitX, and interned with Johnson & Johnson's global health services division.

    Angad Banga, MBA '20 Angad previously worked as a lead analyst at Major League Soccer, providing strategic and marketing leadership to existing and newly-developed commercial growth opportunities. During his time at Ross, he's actively pursued his entrepreneurial endeavors while also sourcing and investing in early-stage startups as a Venture Capital Fellow with the Zell Lurie Commercialization Fund.

    Nadia Ogene, MBA '21 Before applying to B-school Nadia worked at Hulu, where she leveraged data-driven insights to improve the customer experience. Following her MAP project with Amazon's Smart Home business, Nadia will be interning at Nike to focus on creating innovative digital experiences.
