  • We're All Weird: Understanding Your Wiring for Better Wellness
    2026/06/17

When we think about wellness, we usually focus on the basics: sleep, exercise, nutrition, and supplements. Those things matter, but they're not the whole story.

In this episode, I explore another essential aspect of well-being: understanding how you're wired. What regulates you? What dysregulates you? Why do you respond the way you do under stress? What patterns, habits, and coping mechanisms show up when life gets challenging?

I'll share some of my own "weird" tendencies and the lessons I've learned from paying attention to them. Because the truth is, we're all weird. We all have unique ways of thinking, feeling, reacting, and navigating the world.

The more we understand our wiring, the more grace we can have for ourselves, the better we can support our nervous systems, and the more intentional we can be in our choices.

Wellness isn't just about what you do. It's also about understanding who you are.

  • Where I Have Been Placing My Identity Lately, And What I'm Doing About It
    2026/06/09

In this episode, I get very real and raw about how I've been feeling about myself lately. I've been spending a lot of time in my own head.

I wanted to share this because I hope it reminds you that I'm not perfect, nor do I strive to be. Just like anyone else, I have very real and very human battles that go on in my mind.

My hope is that by being honest about my own struggles, it helps someone else feel less alone in theirs. Maybe this episode will encourage you to look at the battles you're facing, identify what's really going on, and decide what you're going to do about it moving forward.

We all face challenges internally. The question is: once we recognize them, what comes next?

  • Being Complacent Is Easy, But Is It Good?
    2026/06/04

We often become the biggest supporters of other people's dreams. We encourage them, celebrate their wins, and remind them of their potential. Yet many of us hesitate to take the same risks in our own lives.

Complacency feels safe because it doesn't require growth, failure, or uncertainty. But some of the most fulfilling moments in life come from attempting things we once thought were impossible. Whether it's building a business, changing careers, improving our health, or pursuing a passion, the reward isn't just the outcome; it's proving to ourselves that we're capable of more than we imagined.

  • Are You Getting Yourself In The Right Room?
    2026/05/26

I have been in the wrong room countless times. How I know this is because my inner gut started telling me it was the wrong room. It didn't feel right. Nothing was going right in that room. It didn't align with me and my values. Or I would leave that room feeling worse than when I came.

Sometimes I would get out of the room fast; other times, God had to hit me over the head to get out of that room. And this past weekend was one of those moments. I put myself in an unknown room, very aware of how it felt for me. If it felt right or at home for me.

You know what?? It felt amazing. It felt exactly where I needed to be, and I want to talk to you more about this in today's episode and challenge you to get yourself in the right room.

  • Stop Letting Others Decide How You See Someone or Something
    2026/05/05

We form opinions every day about people, businesses, and situations, but how often are those opinions truly our own? In this episode, I unpack how easy it is to adopt someone else’s perspective without even realizing it. From word-of-mouth bias to social influence, we explore how secondhand judgments can shape the way we may judge someone or something.

More importantly, we talk about how to step back, question those influences, and start forming opinions based on your own experiences. Because seeing clearly isn’t just about what’s in front of you, it’s about making sure you’re looking through your own lens, not someone else’s.
