  • Stop Letting Others Decide How You See Someone or Something
    2026/05/05

We form opinions every day about people, businesses, and situations, but how often are those opinions truly our own? In this episode, I unpack how easy it is to adopt someone else’s perspective without even realizing it. From word-of-mouth bias to social influence, we explore how secondhand judgments can shape the way we may judge someone or something.

More importantly, we talk about how to step back, question those influences, and start forming opinions based on your own experiences. Because seeing clearly isn’t just about what’s in front of you, it’s about making sure you’re looking through your own lens, not someone else’s.

  • Let’s Do Some Spring Cleaning - In Your Marriage, With Your Kids, Within Yourself
    2026/04/07

The time has come to do a little spring cleaning in your life, and not just in your yard or your home. In this week’s episode, we’re digging into the areas that matter most: your marriage, your relationship with your kids, and the way you’re wired as a person.

What needs to be cleared out? What have you been holding onto that’s no longer serving you or your family? I take a deep dive into what intentional “spring cleaning” really looks like in these spaces, and how small, honest shifts can make a big impact.

As you listen, my hope is that something stands out to you. Something you can begin to purposefully clean out so you can create more goodness, connection, and peace in your everyday life.

  • A Lessoned Learned From A Funeral Plant
    2026/03/31

Sometimes life lessons don’t come in big, obvious moments; they show up quietly, in the most unexpected ways. This week, mine came from my great-grandma’s funeral plant.

After accidentally leaving it out in the cold, I watched it slowly wither as I tried everything to save it. It felt like a lost cause. But just when I was ready to throw it away, I noticed something surprising. New life pushing up through the soil.

In this episode, I share that experience and the deeper lesson it revealed about resilience, patience, and the parts of us still growing, even when everything seems gone.

  • Called Beyond Comfort- EmpowHer Women's Event
    2026/03/17

I had the privilege of speaking at the EmpowHer Women’s Event this past weekend, surrounded by some truly incredible women. And my assignment? To make everyone a little uncomfortable.

    And I did.

Because here’s the truth: we are not called to stay comfortable.

It’s in the uncomfortable seasons where real growth happens, where we’re stretched, refined, and prepared for the goodness waiting on the other side of obedience.

So let me ask you, my friend: What areas of your life are you choosing comfort over your calling? What nudges have you been ignoring?

Purpose doesn’t live in the easy.

This world needs you to be bold and a braver version of you!

Take a moment today to lean in… even if it feels uncomfortable.

  • The Obstacles Will Always Be There, So Book the Trip
    2026/03/11

In the middle of coming off one of the hardest seasons we’ve had, and recently moving a few weeks ago, life is crazy, and we had every reason and obstacle saying now was not the time to head on an impromptu family trip.

    But then something hit us.

We started thinking about how many summers we actually have left with our oldest daughter before she’s grown and doing her own thing. And suddenly, all those obstacles that felt so big, like time, money, logistics, the mess of moving, didn’t feel nearly as important.

So we did something a little impulsive.

    We booked a last-minute trip.

And it ended up being exactly what our family needed.

Today I want to talk about why the obstacles will always be there, why waiting for the “perfect time” usually means it never happens, and how some of the best family memories come from the trips you almost didn’t take.
