Welcome back all and thanks for tuning in as usual, hope you've got your cup of coffee/tea ready to go or a dart and a nice cold bevvie!
In this episode I took the opportunity to interview my partner, Viv. We just finished building our first home and our journey through the pandemic as well as being completely new to the building game made for an interesting story, one that I didn't want to miss the opportunity to talk about. Viv tells the story a lot better than I do, so an interview seemed like the best way to tell this story. Plus I'm hosting the podcast, interviewing myself would of been lame and you would of all questioned my sanity.
This season is about buying an established home and we talk about the process from the perspectives of professionals and other REAL people that have gone through the process themselves, with the aim to help you guys who are in the same boat right now, avoid some of the mistakes or take pieces of these stories that might help you through your current situation.
When you're thinking of buying, often the first decision that you're trying to make is whether you buy established or build. This episode and episode 4, should help give you a better understanding of both process and might help make your decision easier!
