    This is a raw emotional episode of me unwinding the day after a panic attack. Mental health is something to take serious. This is indeed the time of awareness for just such things. Myself and many other black, brown, yellow, pink, olive, tan and #offblack people are living with mental illnesses and still completely functional to the outside world. I am a person who smiles 90% of the time, will sit and have a meal on the sidewalk with the resident of the streets and talk about their dreams, I work with small children.
