    Chelsea and Sean are the co-founders of the award winning production company Paxeros based in Los Angeles. Chelsea is a writer/director and Sean is a producer. In the advertising world, they’ve worked with brands such as Doritos, Gillette, TOMS, Aleve, GE, and many more — garnering them American Advertising Awards, Telly Awards, and Communicator Awards. In the long form world, they’ve produced four feature films, two of which premiered at Tribeca and the latest, Chelsea’s feature directorial debut, is about to start its festival circuit. In this episode Chelsea + Sean share how they built their own film production company, from co-directing their first project to owning their home studio in Los Angeles. We get into what it means to be an entrepreneur, the responsibilities of running a small business, managing teams and working with others.
