Kirby is a somatic movement, breathwork, and sound practitioner who is dedicating to creating spaces for people to find their own capital-S Self. We talk about Kirby's past career as a comedian and actor, how dancing saved her, how she almost missed her calling as a breathwork guide, and how she crafts experiences as a facilitator.
