Hello, everyone. Thank you for joining me today and thank you to the ancestors for their guided support and thank you to creator for this beautiful life. Thank you, thank you, thank you, I'd like to recap the 7 sacred teachings.I look at them as our moral code and when we violate them. We suffer, and we can end it can end it today. The 7 sacred teachings are innate, they're our inherited nature. They're really nothing until we violate them and what I mean by that is they are ever-present, timeless in nature, and something that we can as human beings always rely on. To make us the best human being that we can possibly be today, and that is always a work in progress. So courage is the ability to face our fear and not live in it wisdom is the ability to make a fair judgment, respect, it's the ability to acknowledge self and then honor it love is the ability. To connect. Honesty is the ability to be true to self. Truth is, the ability to acknowledge reality and humility is the ability to be selfless feasibilities.Non-physical abilities that we have are innate nature, our first nature, our spiritual nature can never be bent, it can't be broken, it can't be tarnished. It is pure in its nature, but as human beings Are not perfect. We falter along our path.We have an ego of arrogance, and when we violate our true nature, we suffer, I've come to see that, and I've come to see that all of our problems are the same, we attach different stories to the problems and our sufferings but the source is always the same. We can relate to each other's misery. And we don't want to celebrate that we don't want to meet in misery. We want to meet in peace in harmony. So if we Strait, if we as human beings stay true to our true nature first, we must become aware of it and know what our true nature is so that it stops the human from violating our moral code If we talk about wisdom the ability to and to make a fair judgment, we must look at how we make fair judgments in the run of a day. So that we are able to notice when we do so that we can acknowledge it and honor it, we have to also be able to see when we violate wisdom. And that shows up as an unfair judgment and remember all of these teachings in violation happen to self first and then Um, we um projected outward and usually blame Mother's. So if we can notice the violation to self first, we're in a good spot and it's easy to do the mind will tell us, oh that's hard work, I'll put it off until tomorrow, but don't listen to that voice this is easy, it's simple, it's our nature, our true nature. Our first nature. So when we look at wisdom and the ability to make a fair judgment, we've got to look in, and we have to go back we have to go back to a place in our past, and hopefully it's our recent past where we have either violated wisdom or a place where we have practiced wisdom. So we can go there today. We do this all the time.We are wisdom, so when we can recognize it, we're on the path we're on the path to being the best human being, we can be so an example, a violation of wisdom is judging others remember the first violation happens to sell first judging ourselves, but we don't notice it when we do that. Because it's old habits, uh, I don't fit in, I'm not good enough, I'm stupid. I don't deserve this nobody understands me that type of judgment. That's not true. So when we notice it externally, we judge others, we judge our neighbors, we judge our families, we charge the weather, we make all kinds of cynical judgments and judgments that are not fair onto others and things around us. And it causes us to suffer, so we have to be able to sharpen the tool of wisdom. And say no, not doing that anymore, it hurts, but we have to be in a place where we want freedom where we want to be the best human being, that we can be get rid of our grudges get rid of the things that hold us back and the only way that we can do that is to work. On self, and this is the way that we can do it. It may seem very abstract, and very um, a contradictory to our old ways of thinking, but we have to be ready to change our minds change your mind, and we become the change that we want to see in the society. It seems like an old cliche, because we don't take it serious, be the change you. Want to see? Now those can just be words that we keep up in our head and you know, let it flow out easily off our tongue without practicing it.Practice is the key to becoming the best human that we can be. And then, when we are sharp and on these tools we our intuition is sharper, now we live more spontaneously. We make decisions that are fair, our judgment is clear and fair, and we catch ourselves if we are about to make an unfair judgment on Self and then those around us.And if I'm feeling anxiety or lonely, I have to go in and I have to see whose business am I in who am I making unfair judgments about what have I said about that person that wasn't fair in truth, courage and wisdom will show up, because our sacred teachings our ...
