2024 has been a wild and wonderful ride, and I thought my word was about my business and the changes my heart had been yearning to call in for some time.

But ALL areas of my life have seen radical changes for the better.

And the one that has been the best caught me totally by surprise, but my god, I am grateful for this change, you’ll have to listen in to find out more!

Your guidance word marks out the energy of the year. I’ve used this practice for years, and it works for me way better than any specific data-driven goal. Not that I think you shouldn’t have these, but let the energy lead, it is everything, after all!

I have wanted to share this story, literally all year!

At the end of 2023, 2 weeks before Christmas I joined a mastermind, this was not what I had planned. But when Lucy Sheridan showed me the sales page for her New Era mastermind something deep inside me told me very strongly that I had to say yes to this.

I said yes to a £10,000, investment. I have never invested in myself and my business at this price before. I had the first monthly instalment, but the rest of the money was unknown.

And it was by far the BEST decision I have ever made.

I joined because I knew I was ready for a big shift in my business, and I needed the guidance of someone like Lucy to make it. I also needed to get out of Cornwall, without my kids in tow, and this Mastermind had in-person meet-ups in Birmingham, London, Peak District and Edinburgh.

But this mastermind has changed me on so many levels, and I have made new friends that are quite frankly priceless.

Today’s episode has been a hard one to record, but after much consideration and clear guidance from my higher self that this is the right thing to do I have decided to reduce my podcasting frequency from weekly to monthly.

There are a total of 122 episodes! Did you know that statistically, most podcasts don’t get past 3 episodes?

After 2 and half years and over 10K of downloads I am so proud of myself and very grateful to you all for tuning in each week.

But yoga teaches us nothing is constant; everything is subject to change, and it is time for a change to my podcasting frequency.

I am freeing up more time for me, more time for my family and more time for my paying clients.

Energy is everything and energetically this feels right for us all.

I will still be recording a weekly video/podcast covering all aspects of both business strategy and energy work as part of my Substack subscription. Today’s episode is sorry not sorry moment. I’ve been there soaking up all the free stuff, listening to all the podcasts, searching for that one thing that will make a difference and you know what I discovered?

INVESTING, aka paying to be part of courses and working with coaches and mentors. The minute I hit the buy it now button was the minute I changed how I showed up and I want the same for you too.

When we commit to change and put some money behind this it does feel scary, it is the singular reason why people hold back and give reasons like “not for me at this time”, or “can’t afford it”.

In some case, this may be true, but in many cases people are scared to fully say yes to the change they want. But in the end we invest when the pain of staying where we are is greater than saying yes to the scary change we want.

For one last time today if you want to make more money, help more people and create a business where you are doing more of what lights you up, it is time to invest, the free stuff has got you this far, but now it’s time for more!

Money mind and healing my relationship with money is an ongoing practice for me (just like my yoga practice!)

Like all women I have been programmed to believe wanting money is bad, it’s wrong to ask for money and find myself regularly over-delivering and under-charging.

I have been working on my money mindset for a good 3 years, and I do know that money is a flow of energy, with practice and time you can open yourself up to receive more.

With an abundance of time and money, you can direct this overflow to any causes that you feel passionately about, and this is way more powerful than under-charging on the grounds it makes you ‘affordable’.

I truly believe the world will be a better place when more women are doing what lights them up, helping people and make money. It feels like my life mission right now.

Selling is service!

You are selling your wonderful gifts, and helping people, so why do we feel icky selling? Why do we want to shy away from it, scared we are bothering people or are coming across as too pushy?

Why do I think of Del Boy from Only Fools And Horses when I think of selling?

We are not dodgy car salesmen, we are incredible women with incredible services and yes we should be shouting from the rooftops about them.

This comes with practice. And that’s exactly what selling is, a practice, one you have to commit to, as without sales in your business no one will be blessed from working with you.

As my focus is all on selling, today I discuss who is ready to buy from you and therefore who you should focus on selling to.

So often we focus on needing new people and growing our audience and miss those warm and super-hot people already in front of us ready to buy!

Virtually everyone who buys into your offers will know or feel like they know you.

On average people need 7 to 14 contact points before making a purchase of any kind, and that includes you and your services.

The people most likely to buy from you probably have already bought something from you and are ready for me.

Focus on those ready to buy, nurture those nearly ready and invite new people in to get to know you.

The warmer people get and the more hot super fans you have the more easy you will make sales.

This takes time to build, so give it time.
