  • RHP#182. Gareth Martin - Monologue - Health's Silent Killers: Toxins and Stress
    2025/10/17

Chris Williamson, recently posted a video about his health struggles over the last year or so.

Weaknesses are a tough thing for any man to admit. I really commend Chris for sharing his health challenges because it gets people talking and thinking about their own health too.

I wanted to share my thoughts, on some of the issues discussed, and also why I think taking care of your physical body is the most important thing you can do.

As the saying goes, “You can have a million worries, until your health is in jeopardy, and then you only have one worry”

You owe it to yourself and others, to be the healthiest you possibly can.

Discussion Topics: What you will discover from listening to this Podcast:

    • Mould toxicity
    • Comparing your insides to other people’s outsides
    • Epigenetics - the influence of your environment
    • Stress - the body keeps score
    • Simplify your life
    • Importance of sleep
    • Getting out into nature
    • Removing distractions
    • Collectively being more positive
    • How to begin again

  • RHP#181. Gareth Martin - Monologues - Energy Sucking Digital Enslavement
    2025/10/02

Have you found in recent years, you are distancing yourself from friends who have differing political views?

Is it causing you angst or separation in your relationships?

I know it’s a tremendous challenge, but this is exactly what we MUST NOT BE DOING.

We are not meant to be divided along our differing political beliefs.

We should rather be united on values and morals.

In this week’s Podcast, I discuss the above challenge, together with also providing commentary on a recent video by Andrew Tate, about digital enslavement.

Have you ever considered the prison technology has created?

How every single one of us is trapped in some way?

And collectively, how it’s affecting us all negatively?

It’s also distracting us from other important and valuable things we should be doing with our lives.

  • RHP#180. Gareth Martin Monologues - Raising the Bar for Charlie Kirk
    2025/09/26

If you’ve listened to the Podcast, you’ve heard me banging on about communication and why it’s the most important thing we need to get right in the world.

I think that most issues stem from bad communication.

I think that most issues can be resolved with good communication.

The problem being, that the large majority of people don’t know how to communicate well.

You don’t have to go far to even test this hypothesis of mine.

    • Think of the relationships in your own life, parents, partners, friends, kids - there is somebody that you always moan about because of the way they communicate, or perhaps their lack of communication.
    • Watch conversational news programs and you have guests talking over each other.
    • Listen to politicians speak and they never answer a question directly.

What I admired about Charlie Kirk, was his willingness to debate, to be verbally attacked, to speak to dissenting voices, to reach across the aisle and political spectrum to better understand each other. He also had an air of confidence about him because he knew what values and morals he stood for.

This week’s monologue Podcast will be a regular fortnightly occurrence going forward.

  • RHP#178. Jeremy, Tax Minimisation and Structure Expert
    2025/08/14

Tax is one of those subjects that still holds a bit of taboo when it comes to discussions with your buddies. We all know we are getting ripped, we just don’t want to admit it out loud, and so we just tolerate what these days seems like ‘daylight robbery.’

Having spent the good part of 30 years on the road as a Nomad, Jeremy has acquired skills and knowledge that no university could ever teach you.

He is an expert in achieving sovereignty and helping people maximise their lifestyles with more money in their back pocket.

Jeremy’s expertise of services, include creating legal tax structures for tax optimisation, or in some scenarios paying zero tax on your earnings.

Jerz's philosophy underscores that true freedom comes from strategic structures over mere relocation. He warns that lacking a plan is costlier than implementing one.

His content offers expertise in fostering global independence, asset security and wealth preservation.

Liz McConaghy, is a special lady that has lived a unique life very unfamiliar to most.

  • RHP#175. Derek Notman, Founder of REBL Dad’s Group
    2025/07/03
Derek Notman is helping fix our relationship with money, using AI (and flip-flops!) He is also a Dad on a mission to help 1,000,000 other father’s. Together with a little help sprinkled in from his right hand man, Sir Richard Branson! Through his REBL Dad Group, he is helping Dad’s try to find the balance and integration of entrepreneurship and fatherhood. His parent’s nasty divorce, and estrangement from his father and siblings, have aspired him to be the best father he can possibly be.
