Shadow work offered me more insight, depth and healing than any guru, healer or visionary that I have ever encountered... and I have encountered many. Shift your perception from the shadow to the messenger. The shadow is a divine messenger that has all the information of every experience you ever had. What better ally could you have than one who knows you better than you know yourself? As long as your shadow is perceived as a threat, it will be a threat. Summon the courage to face your shadow and gain the gifts that you have hidden, from yourself, in the darkness.
