Author and explorer, Jacki Hill Murphy, regales us with fascinating stories of historical, female adventurers, Isabella Bird, Isabelle Godin, Mary Kingsley, and Nellie Bly.  Jacki embarks on her own adventures retracing the journey of these trailblazing explorers. 

NEDGC is a forum for a global community of women age 50 and over.  Our goal is to inspire women to expand their lives and remain vibrant through adventure which is broadly defined as growth experiences that optimize engagement with the world at large.  NEDGC celebrates "everyday" women leading inspiring lives, as well as, influential women today and throughout history who have not been fully recognized for their contributions.
