  • When most men come to church, they are searching for more than a worship service. They are hoping for a genuine connection with other men where they can be vulnerable and transparent. When men connect at a heart level, they will most likely want to be a part of the church and will, as a result, lead their family in that involvement.

    This is the basic idea that Chris leads with in today's episode. Men, within the walls of the church, are struggling. The challenge is not to condemn the church but to challenge men within it to reach out and become a safe person for another man.

    Common struggles men are facing:

    misunderstanding manhood, social anxiety, depression, lust, alcoholism, drug use, sexual identity, fear, work stress, no practical application for the Bible, misunderstanding God.

    If you would are a man who can relate, reach out to a safe person. If you are man who can be that safe person, do it! There is power in men connecting.
