Keonté Beals is one of the hardest-working performers on the east coast. His energetic live shows receive comparisons to the likes of Usher, Anthony Hamilton, and Elijah Blake. Beals’ latest release ‘King’ has garnered raving reviews and multiple lucrative awards. As well, with the help of his little brother Antonio, Keonté published ‘I Am Perfectly Me’, a children’s book focusing on empowering BIPOC children to be proud of what makes them unique and beautiful.

Since his debut solo album in 2019, Ariel Posen has been solidifying himself as one of Canada’s most prolific and poetic singer/songwriters. Joe Hubley caught up with Ariel for a conversation on his very busy 2021. From a headlining tour across North America, releasing two albums and an EP, as well as a handful of various collaborations (John Mayer, City and Colour, The Ballroom Thieves, Bahamas, Cory Wong, and more), it’s safe to say that Ariel Posen had a full plate. However, he ate it up and clearly still has an appetite, as he is continuing to make big waves across Canada and the world in 2022.
