  • Episode 10: 2025 Top of the Class Preview Pt 2 - Ace Bailey
    2024/08/19

Continuing our 2025 NBA Draft preseason scouting preview series, we take a look at one of the top contenders for the #2 pick, and potentially challenging for #1, in Airious "Ace" Bailey. Known for his scoring prowess on the wing, Ace brings a lot to the table. We break down his strengths and areas of improvement, and determine just how much he can challenge for that top pick crown.

Rather than our normal pairings format, we decided to do a deeper dive and focus on a solo prospect, especially with how difficult it is to scout high school prospects. We enjoyed the deep dive early scouting, and the even deeper dive conversation.

Join us next week for Ace's Rutgers teammate Dylan Harper!

    2024/08/15

We are back and joined by a very special guest: standout hooper in his heyday and father to our very own Noah Sharp, Mr. Chris Sharp. He brings his sharp insight and deep basketball knowledge to help us kick off our new 2025 Draft Preview series, where we focus on the projected top picks of next year's draft class to gauge their starting point before they enter their final evaluation year.

We start the series off with the very top of the class, focusing on Duke's Cooper Flagg and Baylor's Valdez "VJ" Edgecombe, Jr. We analyze their current strengths and growth areas before they start their freshman year, and evaluate what they need to work on prior to the draft.

Come for the early analysis of next year's potential top picks, especially our focus on the heralded Cooper Flagg, and stay for the Steve Kerr Olympic Easter egg, along with sobered talks on the NBA draft hype machine.

Tune in next time for our look at Ace Bailey!

    2024/08/02

In Part II of the Summer League review series, we take a look at the sophomore standouts from the Draft Class of '23. Tune in for the sophomore analysis, but stick around for much more glimpses into our own dynasty fantasy hoops leagues than we planned to include.
